Nate's Coaching Approach
I believe that God has integrated each person’s body, mind and spirit (1 Thessalonians 5:23) and that in order to be healthy, we need to acknowledge all three of these areas. Additionally, God created us to be relational beings. He desires for each of us to be in relationship with Himself, others and ourselves. I believe that God gives us emotions in order to help us gauge the health of our relationships.
I focus on the connection between a person’s thinking and their behaviors. Spiritually, this involves “taking every thought captive out of obedience to Christ” (2 Corinthians 10:5), believing “your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:19) and “letting your light shine…” (Matthew 5:16), all to the glory of God.
My approach to coaching is to begin by meeting you where you are at, then to walk with you as a brother in Christ to the place of hope that God is calling and directing you to. As Jesus walked with others, he exemplified the balance of grace and truth in His relationships. I desire to do likewise. I will use both my professional training as well as my personal experience with the recovery process to authentically support you. I will focus on listening, encouraging, and challenging you in respectful ways that will point you closer to Christ. The sessions will be tailored to your individual needs and goals. I will help you to learn from the events of the past, deal effectively with the present and move forward into the future. Prayer during sessions is available and encouraged according to your preference.

Brad's Bio and Coaching Approach
Bradley Duckworth (Brad), Ordained minister and Christian Coach
Brad’s identity lies in his high position as a child of God through a vibrant, maturing relationship with Jesus Christ, his gracious Redeemer. Husband to Erin, father to Braden and Kasandra, Brad’s calling extends outside his home to people in need of a caring professional willing to walk alongside them, navigating them to the deeper healing God has in mind for them. Desiring to emulate Christ in his acceptance of all people right where they find themselves, he endeavors never to leave them there but to be Christ's faithful servant guiding them on their unique journeys closer to Him and into the lives He calls them forward to possess.
In order to solidify his calling, Brad secured his Bachelors of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Christian Counseling and a minor in Biblical Studies from Liberty University in 2016. During his studies and after completion Brad diversified his experience by working individually and in group settings both in churches and in his private practice. Coaching clients in person, via telephone, and through online coaching services, he has learned to connect with people in a variety of settings utilizing career and personal experience.
Before becoming a Pastoral Coach Brad worked in the automotive industry for over 20 years. Beginning in entry level positions (in the office and as a mechanic ), he climbed the corporate ladder to acquire top executive status, including heading up his own business. Even though Brad enjoyed this work, it left him unfulfilled as he wrestled with his inability to restrain his passion to minister to the deep needs of hurting people. After much self reflection and prayerful guidance from other professionals, Brad decided to further his education and found his true calling in the Pastoral Coaching field. Brad continues to water and feed the seed the Lord planted in him to compassionately exhort individuals as they find their true identity, calling and mental peace that Christ's healing power instills.
Brad approaches coaching through the lens of Scripture. He believes every person is uniquely crafted in the image of God in body, mind and spirit. Incorporating each of these three components into coaching clients allows them to define their identity as image bearers of God and to deepen their relationships and understanding of Him as well as themselves.
Brad looks to Romans 12:2 to define his vision for life: “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” This transformation forms the foundation of healing; without the continual renewal of the mind - most successfully accomplished with the guidance of the Holy Spirit - people will be unable to continue their journeys with increasing freedom.
Brad's clients and he engage with each other by sharing their life experiences, allowing his training and the input of the Holy Spirit to build new pathways to the new lives they decide to build. Brad welcomes everyone where they are with love, grace and truth. When clients allow him to enter into discipleship with them as a fellow brother in Jesus, they can find their peace, joy and calling. His challenge is: Let’s move into the an amazing future together with intentionality!
